We deliver complete, ready-to-operate desalination systems tailored to your project.
Cost-effectiveness | Sustainability | Efficiency
Electrochemical and ultrasonic innovation delivering high-performance seawater desalination with minimal energy use, reduced maintenance, and lower operating costs.
About EHOU Technology
EHOU technology combines electrochemical synthesis and high-power ultrasonic cavitation, creating a breakthrough in seawater desalination.
This synergy ensures deep molecular purification, low operating pressure (6–10 bar), minimal chemical usage, and extended membrane life — making desalination simpler, cleaner and more efficient.
Key advantages
Low-pressure operation (6–10 bar)
Extended membrane lifetime
Minimal chemical use
Standard, easily available components
Modular & mobile design
Environmentally and biologically safe
How EHOU Technology Works
The EHOU desalination system purifies seawater through a sequence of seven high-efficiency treatment stages
Mechanical Filter
Removes coarse suspended particles, including sand, silt, clay, scale, and organic impurities. Made of stainless steel with a 250-micron mesh, this unit protects all downstream modules and ensures stable operation.
Polyelectrode Reactor with Electrocoagulation
Designed for treatment and destruction of oil products, removal of suspended solids and surfactants, and reduction of COD and BOD by up to 70%. At this stage, main organic pollutants and most pathogenic microorganisms, viruses, and bacteria are effectively eliminated.
Polyelectrode Reactor with Flotation and Oxidation of Organics
Performs oxidation of simple and complex organic compounds, activating physicochemical processes at the molecular level. Converts most dissolved contaminants into colloidal form and further reduces COD and BOD by 90–95%.
Ozone Generator
Used for decolorization, deodorization, and additional reduction of COD. Provides advanced oxidation and deep disinfection without using chemical reagents.
Sand Filters
Serve for ultrafiltration and removal of colloidal particles, eliminating turbidity and color. Prepare water for membrane treatment by stabilizing key quality parameters.
Low-Pressure Osmotic Filtration
Performs the final desalination stage under a low pressure of 6–10 bar, removing charged particles and multivalent ions. Reduces color, eliminates salts, and significantly lowers total dissolved solids.
Sorption Filter
Completes purification by removing residual organic matter, oil traces, odor, and color, ensuring crystal-clear and odorless fresh water suitable for consumption or industrial use.
Cost-effectiveness | Sustainability | Efficiency
The system offers a high level of automation and can be integrated into a SCADA control network.
This allows a qualified engineer to monitor operations and provide remote instructions to on-site staff — even from a mobile phone while being 1,000 km away from the water treatment facility.
Low capital investment
Reduced maintenance and repair costs
Simple installation process
High mobility of the system
Savings on reagent storage, regulations, and staffing
Use of reverse osmosis concentrate as a secondary product for chemistry, cosmetics, etc., after minimal purification
Operational safety
Footprint 2–3 times smaller compared to conventional desalination systems
Flexible productivity options
We offer a comprehensive turnkey solution: design, manufacturing, supply and commissioning of equipment, along with technology development tailored specifically to your project.
