Secondly, the power delivered to the working volume of an ultrasonic cleaner must be optimal for the specific parameters of the liquid (temperature, density, level) and the location of the parts to be cleaned within the volume. If the optimal power is exceeded, a significant part of the energy will be used to heat the emitter itself instead of cleaning the parts in the solution.
